Centralized Virtual Helpdesk
This is a centralized point of communication between you and 7th Dimension. It puts every conversation in one place so you always know how your projects and work requests are coming along. Here’s how it works: you fill out a ticket with a problem or project for us, and we then see it and begin working on it. We will update our progress within the system until the project is complete or the problem resolved. You can always go to your client portal online and see every ticket you’ve submitted.
This is incredibly helpful for you and for us as it allows you to see where your money is going and how your projects are coming along. If we are sharing the workload with you, it keeps projects organized so that we know which tasks we are covering, and which tasks you are covering. It also helps us keep to our service agreement, making sure that we contact you within our promised timeframe.
